Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Product shipping and delivery costs are always non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your book must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds are processed after a returned item is received and its condition inspected. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, as well as shipping and transportation costs, including for the purchase and/or return of the book.
To initiate your return, please email us a receipt or proof of purchase, and await instructions.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, or refunds are refused:
Once you email us a copy of your receipt, you will receive instructions on how and where to return your book. The book must be in its original condition, with original packaging in order for us to accept the return. Please follow the instructions on initiating the return.
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We are unable to offer a refund on a payment method that is different from the one you used to purchase the book.
Late or missing refunds
If you have received a refund confirmation email from us, but haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your original payment method (bank account, credit card, etc) once again.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced books may be refunded. All sales are final on discounted books, and cannot be returned or refunded.
We only replace books if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a book damaged during shipping to you, send us an email for further instructions on how to proceed with your return for an exchange.
If the book was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned book is received, a gift certificate in the form of a store credit will be mailed to you.
If the book wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided in the email you will receive, containing instructions on how to proceed with your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning multiple books, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Without tracking we don’t have any means to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
